The staff here is friendly, the location is fantastic with a canal view, and the superior queen room was spacious and bright with a comfortable double bed.

The staff was very, very helpful. the location couldn't be better - right in the center and close to public transport and many restaurants. - the standard double room was airy and included convenient amenities like a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. - the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.

Had a really enjoyable stay for short visit, strongly recommend this place. A wide array of different food, I greatly enjoyed it. A private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card were available in my standard queen room. Everyone was nice and pleasant.

The reception staff were very helpfull, and breakfast is excellent! and above all - location, location!
we asked for non smoking rooms but needed to argue with the reception in order to get them.

The hotel's breakfast was very nice, however, the staff basically kicked us out on a few short minutes after the alloted time was over.
Our first room was filthy, with stains on the sheets and carpet and had two twin beds pushed together. We had specifically requested one bed. When they transferred us to one of two rooms in the entire hotel with a full bed, they refused to give us shampoo, claiming that it wasn't included in our new, inferior room. Also, the shuttle service from the airport is a total rip-off. A cab from Tegel costs 15 Euros, their shuttle cost 35.
